Hybryd Systems installs smart thermostats and builds climate control into Control4 smart homes across the greater Phoenix area. Schedules, away modes, remote control, and high temperature alerts, all sitting in the same app as your lighting, shades, and security. We tie into the HVAC system you already have. We are not an HVAC repair or installation company, and we are happy to work alongside your HVAC contractor.

Cooling is the biggest line on a Valley power bill, so this is the automation that pays you back fastest. A system programmed right cools the house for the way you actually use it. It sets back while you are gone, cools the place down before you get home, and treats the bedrooms differently from the great room in houses running more than one system. None of that depends on somebody remembering the thermostat on the way out the door.

• Smart thermostat installation: ecobee, Nest, and Control4 thermostats, wired and set up right.
• Schedules and away modes: the temperature follows your week, and one Away command sets back every system in the house.
• Remote control and alerts: change it from anywhere, and get an alert if the house climbs past a temperature you pick. In an Arizona summer, that is how you find out the AC quit before it is the day it really matters.
• Multi-system coordination: two story and larger Valley homes usually run two or more AC systems. We make them behave like one house.
• Scene integration: climate joins lighting and shades, so Goodnight and Away set the whole house, and the shades drop ahead of the afternoon sun instead of letting the AC fight it.

When the house sits empty all summer, this is cheap insurance. A high heat alert protects everything a 115 degree interior would ruin, remote control lets you cool the place down the day before you land, and the same app shows you cameras and locks while you are gone.
