Smart Climate and Thermostat Control

Hybryd Systems installs smart thermostats and integrates climate control into Control4 smart homes across Mesa and the East Valley. Schedules, away modes, remote control, and high-temperature alerts, all in the same app as your lighting, shades, and security. We integrate with your HVAC system; we are not an HVAC repair or installation company, and we will happily work alongside your HVAC contractor.

Cooling is the biggest energy line item in an East Valley home, so this is the automation with the most direct payback. A well-programmed system cools the house for how you actually occupy it: setbacks while you are out, pre-cooling before you are home, bedrooms handled differently from the great room in multi-system houses, and none of it dependent on anyone remembering a thermostat on the way out the door.

• Smart thermostat installation: ecobee, Nest, and Control4 thermostats, wired and configured correctly.
• Schedules and away modes: temperature follows your week, and one Away command sets back every system in the house.
• Remote control and alerts: adjust from anywhere, and get an alert if the house climbs past a threshold, which in an Arizona summer is how you find out an AC failed before the day it matters most.
• Multi-system coordination: two-story and larger East Valley homes usually run two or more AC systems; we make them behave as one house.
• Scene integration: climate joins lighting and shades, so Goodnight and Away set the whole house, and shades drop ahead of afternoon sun to cut the load before the AC fights it.

If the house sits empty for the summer, climate integration is cheap insurance: a high-heat alert protects everything a 115 degree interior would ruin, remote control lets you cool the house down the day before you return, and the same app shows cameras and locks while you are away.
