Hybryd Systems is a Control4 certified dealer based in the Phoenix area. We design, install, program, and support Control4 systems that put lighting, climate, audio, video, shades, locks, and security on one platform, run from one app, wall keypads, touchscreens, or your voice.

A smart home done right is one system, not a pile of apps that never talk to each other. It runs the way your house actually lives: lights that follow the time of day, a house that sets itself back when you leave, music that follows you outside, and one "Goodnight" that locks up, arms the alarm, and shuts the house down.

One Control4 controller ties together what you already have and what we add:

• Lighting: scenes, schedules, and keypads instead of a wall full of switches, using Lutron or Control4 lighting.
• Climate: smart thermostats with schedules, away modes, and alerts.
• Audio and video: every TV and every music zone, inside and out, on one remote and one app.
• Shades: motorized shades that track the Arizona sun. More on the lighting and shades page.
• Locks, garage doors, and gates: see who came and went, and let a visitor in from your phone.
• Security: cameras and alarm events in the same place as everything else. Equipment detail on the security page.
• Pool and patio: pool equipment and outdoor entertainment, which in greater Phoenix you use most of the year.

Automation is a safety layer too, and that's where one platform earns its keep. When the alarm trips, the house can bring every light to full. Set an away mode and the lighting keeps your normal evening pattern, so the house never looks empty. If a door unlocks after midnight, you'll know. And if you spend your summers somewhere cooler, remote access and alerts mean the house is never really sitting there alone.

• Single-room start: one controller, one good remote, and your main TV and audio simplified. The foundation is there to grow on.
• Core smart home: whole-home control of lighting in the main living areas, climate, two or three AV zones, and a network that can carry it.
• Whole-home integration: lighting throughout, shades, multi-zone AV, security, and keypads and touchscreens where they make sense. Usually new builds and full remodels.

Control4 is the core platform. Around it we install Lutron lighting and shades, Episode audio, Luma cameras, Qolsys security panels, Araknis networking, WattBox power management, and SunBrite outdoor TVs, plus the rest of the Snap One catalog when a project calls for it.

Phoenix-area homes come with their own problems, and we design around them. Block construction eats WiFi, so we run a wired backbone instead of asking a mesh system to hide it. Monsoon season is hard on electronics, so the equipment rack gets WattBox surge protection and remote reboot. Summer heat decides where the gear lives and how it breathes, because a garage or a closet in July isn't kind to a receiver. And anything on the patio is rated for real sun, since that's where everybody ends up.

• Design consultation: we walk the house or the plans and scope what you actually want to live with.
• Fixed proposal: line-item scope, signed by an owner. No mystery allowances.
• Prewire and rack build: on new construction we wire before drywall. On retrofits we plan around what's already there.
• Installation and programming: clean install, then programming built around your household's routines.
• Walkthrough and handoff: you run everything with us standing right there before we leave.
• Support: one year labor warranty plus manufacturer warranties, remote diagnostics, and optional service plans with priority response.
