Can Control4 work in an existing home, or only new construction?

Both. New builds get a full prewire, but Control4 is routinely added to existing East Valley homes: wireless lighting, existing TVs and speakers, and controllers that work over your network mean most retrofits do not require opening walls.

Does Control4 replace my alarm system?
