Central Vacuum Systems

Hybryd Systems installs central vacuum systems in new builds and existing homes across the greater Phoenix area, and we repair the ones already sitting in the walls. A central vacuum moves the motor and the dirt out of the room you are standing in. You get more suction than any portable vacuum, a much quieter house, and dust that leaves the building instead of coming back around.

Desert living means dust, and it is fine enough that a portable vacuum is really good at moving it from the floor into the air. A central vacuum carries everything through pipe in the walls to a canister in the garage, and the exhaust goes outside the living space for good. In a dusty Phoenix-area house, and for anybody with allergies, that is the whole difference: cleaning that takes the fine dust out instead of stirring it up.

• New construction rough-in: pipe and inlet placement laid out from the floor plan and installed before drywall, right alongside our structured wiring work. This is the cheapest and cleanest time to add one.
• Retrofit installations: single story Arizona homes with attic access are often easy to retrofit. We walk it room by room and tell you straight what it will take.
• Repairs and upgrades: system not pulling like it used to? We service and repair central vacuums, replace worn power units, and modernize inlets and hose kits. A lot of older homes here have good pipe in the walls waiting on a better unit.
• Convenience fittings: kick-plate inlets in the kitchen so you can sweep straight into the wall, a garage inlet for the cars, and retractable hose options. We install Beam and Electrolux systems.

Plug a light hose into a wall inlet and the system kicks on. No motor to drag behind you, no cord to fight, and no noise past the air at the end of the hose. The canister in the garage gets emptied a few times a year, not every weekend. Power units are built to run for decades, which is why so many houses built in the 90s are still running the original.

• Installation: pipe, inlets, and the power unit placed for suction and for easy emptying.
• Walkthrough: the tools, the technique, and the upkeep, which takes about five minutes to learn.
