Hybryd Systems

The Low Voltage Partner for Custom Home Builders and GCs

Hybryd Systems is the single low voltage subcontractor for custom home builders and general contractors in the East Valley: structured wiring and prewire, network, audio and video, lighting control and shade wiring, and security rough in.

We bid from plans, install on your schedule, and document the work so your other trades and your buyer never have questions we did not already answer.

We are a Control4 certified dealer based in Mesa, licensed and insured, ROC 305545. The owners run the jobs, so when you call you get Rex or Travis, not a dispatcher.

What we take off your plate

One sub instead of four. Wiring, network, AV, and security rough in usually get split across vendors or left to the electrician's helper. We carry all of it, which means one bid, one schedule line, and one company accountable.
Bid from plans. Send the floor plan and we return a marked low voltage plan and a fixed, line item proposal. Allowance friendly tiers are available when your buyer has not chosen finishes yet.
Trade coordination. We rough in after electrical and plumbing, before insulation, and we show up when the schedule says. Every run is tested and labeled before drywall closes.
Documentation your super will actually use. Labeled runs and an as built wiring map delivered at trim out, so future service calls do not turn into wall openings.
Model and spec home packages. Repeatable prewire packages per plan, so your spec inventory carries smart home ready as a line in the listing.

Why the prewire conversation belongs at the plan stage

Every builder has watched a buyer ask for a theater, cameras, or shades a month after drywall. Wire pulled at frame stage costs a fraction of the same wire fished later, and a conduit path to key walls costs almost nothing while the walls are open.
When we see plans early, your buyer gets options at closeout instead of regrets, and you get a differentiator that costs you nothing to offer.

After close, we make you look good

The handoff is where low voltage subs usually vanish. We do the opposite. Your buyer gets a walkthrough, a one year labor warranty on our work plus manufacturer warranties, and optional service plans with priority response.
Buyer questions about the network or the AV come to us, not to your warranty line. Builders keep working with us because the callbacks they used to field simply stop.

Scope we carry on a custom home

Structured wiring including Cat6 and Cat6a, speaker, camera, shade, and intercom runs. The network itself: rack, switching, and access points. Audio and video systems indoors and out. Lighting control and motorized shades. Thermostats and climate integration. Security cameras, alarm, and video intercom. Central vacuum rough in where the plan calls for it.
Full detail lives on the individual service pages. The point of this page is that you only need one call.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should a builder bring in the low voltage sub?

At the plan stage, before frame. The wiring plan should exist before rough in scheduling, and early involvement is free optionality for your buyer.

Are you licensed and insured for residential work in Arizona?

Licensed and insured, ROC 305545. We send a certificate of insurance for your files on request.

Can you price to an allowance?

Yes. We build tiered packages against your allowance structure, and buyers upgrade directly with us after close if they want more.

Do you handle service after the buyer moves in?

Yes, that is the point of working with a dealer rather than a wire puller. Warranty support and service plans run under our name, so your warranty department stops fielding AV questions.

What areas do you build in?

Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the greater Phoenix area, including the custom corridors in the southeast Valley.
