Hybryd Systems designs and installs low voltage structured wiring for new builds, remodels, and additions across Mesa and the East Valley: the network, AV, speaker, camera, and shade wiring that every smart system in the house rides on, installed before drywall, labeled, tested, and documented.

Wireless gets the headlines, but every reliable smart home is wired underneath. Access points, TVs, cameras, and audio all perform better on copper, and the hour to pull a wire before drywall costs a fraction of opening a finished wall later.

• Network: cat6 or cat6a to TV locations, office desks, access point positions, and camera mounts.
• Audio: speaker wire to in-ceiling positions for the rooms and patio zones you may ever want music in.
• Video: wiring for displays and the distribution paths between rack and TVs.
• Security: camera drops at entries and corners, doorbell and intercom wiring, alarm sensor runs.
• Shades: power or control wiring at window headers, so motorized shades are an easy yes later instead of a battery compromise.
• Enclosure and rack path: a proper low voltage panel or rack location with ventilation and power, not a closet afterthought.
• Conduit where it counts: a few smurf-tube runs to key walls make the house upgradeable for decades.
• Documentation: every run labeled and tested, with a wiring map you keep. Trades after us, and owners after that, know exactly what is in the walls.

• New construction: after framing and trades rough-in, before insulation and drywall. This is the golden window; get us the plans early and the wiring plan is ready when the frame is.
• Remodels: any opened wall is an opportunity. Kitchen or great room remodels are the natural moment to add speaker, TV, and camera wiring.
• Existing homes: single-story Arizona attics make many retrofit runs practical. We tell you honestly which runs are easy, hard, or not worth it.

A good prewire anticipates: the office that becomes a nursery that becomes an office again, the blank patio wall that becomes an outdoor TV, the future pool. Wire is cheap during construction; regret is not. We design the plan with you (or your builder) from the floor plan, room by room.

• Rough-in: wiring pulled, secured, and protected before drywall, coordinated with your GC and the other trades.
